24 DAYS OF PILATES 5.0 PROPS
During this years 24 Days of Pilates 5.0 Challenge we use a range of small Pilates props. There will be days where no prop is needed and of course they are always optional so you can do the whole Pilates challenge without props too. If you wish to purchase some Pilates props for the routines, I’ve put some links below.
