Foundations Pilates

Our foundations class focuses on learning the Pilates principles. Core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility to help enhance a deeper practice, support a healthy back and body and gain a deeper understanding of Pilates. This class is a balancing beginners level class but you will be challenged and worked from top to toe no matter what your level. A strong foundation is so important to gaining awareness and really discovering the unique mindful benefits of Pilates. A slow and steady class, a perfect opportunity to pay attention to the finer details.

Signature Pilates

Our Signature class is a balancing flowing Pilates workout, Lottie’s favourite way to take class with a range of classical and creative Pilates exercises and sequences, a strong focus on the abs and glutes and a perfect combination of strengthening and stretching with just the right amount of challenge to feel worked, connected and in a positive mindset. Find inner strength and master your Pilates practice.

Dynamic Pilates

Our fiery and most athletic class but still covering all the wonderful principles of the Pilates. This class incorporates more dynamic standing work, advanced exercises and some added heart rate rising elements. You’ll have moments of work followed by moments of reset. Work your entire body with this more advanced conditioning style class, if you like a challenge then this one's for you.
