24 Days Of Pilates Challenge - December 2020 is LIVE

Lottie believes that your mental and physical health should be a priority all year round and during the festive time is the perfect season to dedicate 10-30 minutes on your mat each day. From Strong and Calming Flows, HIIT Pilates, Cosy Unwinding Routines to Quick 10 Minute Arms and Abs and Moving Meditations, Lottie has developed a varied and feel good 24 days of Pilates for you. Incorporating this into your routine as we wind down for what’s been an unpredictable year, think of this like a little gift for you.
