What LMP are loving this month (February 2024 Edition)

If you have been following me for a while, you will know I am all about slowing down to appreciate the little things in life! Here is a round up of a few small things that have been bringing me happiness and ease this past month.

Working Hack

In an attempt to start practising a greater balance with technology, I have downloaded Whatsapp onto my laptop and started to answer work messages from my desktop. I’m finding it much easier to have a separation from doing work things on my phone, especially later into the evening.

Camilla Bloom Scrunchies

You might have seen these gorgeous hair accessories on my Pilates lovers gift guide or featuring on my Instagram lately - they have the perfect amount of stretch to keep my hair in place and make me feel very put together.

The Everything Shower

Okay, hear me out. There is something about January and the greyness outside which has given me a case of the “winter girl uglies”. My answer has been a weekly steaming hot shower, slathering on every lotion and potion from top to toe! Perhaps it’s just another way to capitalise on our beauty routines, however I like to see it as prioritising self care during these colder months, and a way to lean into cosy time indoors.

Choosing Keeping Stationary

If, like me, stationary brings you a bit too much joy then you’d openly admit then this beautiful one stop stationary store is for you! I recently did an order of notecards, wrapping paper, ribbon, stickers. When I say stickers… I mean the cutest kitten and puppy jelly stickers! I’ve also really got into writing with a fountain pen and it’s completely transformed my journal writing and note taking.

Delli - “like Depop but for foodies”

I love supporting independent businesses and this app sells a huge variety of delicious and niche foodie items. I love reading the stories behind each product and how people have followed their creative passions. I have especially enjoyed ordering bits and pieces as little gifts for friends and family, knowing they have come from a small local kitchen made with love. Currently in my basket is this Peanut Butter I am planning to drizzle over my pancakes!

Daylist from Spotify

This new feature from Spotify has been making our group chat giggle lately. If you’ve not yet discovered this new realm of fun, type “daylist” into the search bar and it cleverly curates a playlist tailored to you.

If you’re interested in what else has been soundtracking our days, I posted a reel with recent books and podcasts our LMP team have been enjoying. I would love to hear any recommendations you might want to share!
